Thank you for shopping with Wendy House Slippers! We are committed to delivering your comfortable slippers to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Shipping Costs
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic shipments. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Domestic Shipping
For orders shipped within the United States, we typically use USPS or UPS. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to many countries. International orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country and customs processing. Please be aware that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may be applied by the destination country's customs office. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Wendy House Slippers is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier, unforeseen weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs processing delays for international orders. We appreciate your understanding in such circumstances.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that for these destinations, we can only ship via USPS.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@wendyhouseslippers.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages, or within 7 days of delivery for damaged packages. Please provide your order number and any relevant details, including photos of damaged items or packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable resolution.
9. No Shipping to Restricted Countries
Due to various legal and logistical restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is not available during checkout, we currently do not ship to that location.
